Sakshin Ghatastha Yoga is a flowing style of Yoga comprised of techniques for transforming the subtle essences of the body and developing its energy channels. Understanding the principle of correct positioning with specific regulation of the breath and bandha (internal locks) is the purpose of the prelude forms. Through awareness gained, sensitivity to the inner body develops. When sensitive to the inner body it becomes easy to remain conscious of the present moment and to reside continuously in the state of Meditation.
