Zazen Meditation
A 3 hour meditation experience
The first 45 minutes of each hour is sitting upright, soft gazing with eyes half open. The last 15 minutes of each hour is slow
Zen walking.
Note: this mediation is for people with some yoga and/or meditation experience. Bring with you a shawl and if you have one a meditation cushion. We provide bolsters and blankets.
Zazen meditation is by appointment only.
